The lowest level of commitment can be as low as 1 tumbling class per week with no squad class or competitions, or just a 2 hour squad class once a week, with only 2 competitions throughout the year.
An example of a bigger commitment is training 2-3 times per week, from 4-6 hours per week, and competing at up to 5 competitions in a season. We have various teams available depending on your level of commitment.
